Return and Refund Policy

Overview: AiCoIntelligence is committed to providing high-quality personalized AI training. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund may be necessary.

Eligibility:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the training session.
Full refunds will be provided if a session is canceled by AiCoIntelligence.
Partial refunds may be considered if the service provided does not meet agreed-upon standards.

Non-refundable Circumstances:

Refunds are not provided for completed training sessions that meet the described standards and expectations.
No refunds will be issued due to user schedule changes or no-shows.

Process: To request a refund, contact AiCoIntelligence with details of your session, reason for the refund, and your payment information. Refund decisions will be communicated within 5 business days.

Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after approval.
